2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the earlier regular bail petition of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 12.05.2025 in Cr. Misc. No. 16435 of 2025. At the same time, it was observed by this Court that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after six months. The stipulated period has completed.

3. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

4. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Principal
