Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner allegedly caused injury at the head of Harendra Chaudhary. The Doctor has found lacerated wound on the scalp.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is case and counter case.

Since the petitioner had knowledge that his act might cause death, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail in connection with Dinara P.S. Case No. 194 of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3664 of 2020(3) dt.30-06-2020 2/2 2019 pending in the court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj, Rohtas.

Hence, prayer of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail is refused.

The petitioner may surrender and pray for regular bail which shall be disposed of without being prejudiced by this order.
