2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dhangai P.S. Case No. 41 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 506, 379, 498-A, 494, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of torturing his wife for demand of dowry and has also ousted the informant from her matrimonial house.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.90921 of 2025(3) dt.26-02-2026 2/2 informant has remarried with one Upendra Yadav and living happily with him and in support of the same, he has also filed a supplementary affidavit in this case.

5. Considering the fact that opposite party no. 02 has remarried, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the concerned Court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sherghati, Gaya/ concerned Court below in connection with Dhangai P.S. Case No. 41 of 2022,subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 / Section 482 of the BNSS.
