The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that on account of the arguing counsel having fallen ill on the day the aforesaid writ petition was taken up for hearing, the aforesaid writ petition has stood dismissed for want of
Patna High Court MJC No.5217 of 2019(2) dt.21-09-2022 2/2 prosecution.
Having regard to the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners as also considering the averments made in the present petition, I deem it fit and proper to restore the aforesaid writ petition bearing C.W.J.C. No. 16688 of 2016 to its original file.
The present petition stands allowed.
