JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-12-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mali P.S. Case No. 85 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Allegation is of recovery of 76 litres of liquor from the petitioner and other accused persons.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that so far this petitioner is concerned, FIR disclosed recovery of 10 litres of liquor and he has falsely been implicated, having no criminal antecedent and he is in custody for two months. Heard learned APP also.

In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional
