The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Chenari P.S. Case No. 38 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 314, 323, 307, 448, 504, 506, 379, 354A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned Senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the Dewar of the informant and there is on going land dispute between the parties. It is further submitted that the entire allegation is false and mischievous and it is a fact that the injury on the person of the informant has been found to be simple in nature.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and there is history of litigation between the parties and that the parties are closely related, let the petitioner, above
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84327 of 2019(2) dt.19-12-2019 2/2 named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM - II, Sasaram at Rohtas in connection with Chenari P.S. Case No. 38 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
