2. The petitioner has put to challenge an order dated 28.06.2019, as contained in Annexure-1, whereby he has been transferred from the Directorate of Agriculture, Bihar, Patna and posted to in office of Joint Director (Shashya) Magadh Division, Gaya.

3. The sole ground which the petitioner has taken to assail the order of transfer is that he is going to superannuate on 30.06.2020. It has been stated in paragraph 9 of the writ application that though he has submitted his joining in the office

Patna High Court CWJC No.592 of 2020(2) dt.12-02-2020 2/2 of Joint Director (Shashya), Magadh Division on 11.07.2017 in compliance of the order of transfer dated 28.06.2019 but he has not been able to handover the charge of his previous assignment.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as disclosed in the writ application, this writ application is disposed of with a direction that let the Director, Agriculture, Government of Bihar, consider the petitioner's grievance within a fortnight from the date of receipt of the present order, treating the contents of the writ application as his representation.
