The petitioner has filed this writ petition:- (i) for quashing of the order bearing memo no. 995 dated 09.12.2019 passed by the District Magistrate, Nalanda whereby and whereunder the petitioner has been suspended from the service.

(ii) for direction to the respondent to make payment of salary for the period 01.06.2019 to November, 2019. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that

Patna High Court CWJC No.712 of 2020 dt.16-10-2020 2/2 during pendency of this case, order of suspension of petitioner vide memo no. 995 dated 09.12.2019 passed by the District Magistrate, Nalanda has been revoked.

In view of such, this writ application is dismissed as having become infructuous.
