The grievance of the petitioner is taken care of by letter dated 31.1.2020 issued by the Child Development Project Officer, Manjhaulia. The CDPO has directed the Lady Supervisor for conducting a fresh survey and for preparation of Mapping Register. The selection process has to be initiated after preparation of the fresh Mapping Register.

The claim of the petitioner in the instant writ proceeding is that selection for the center in question should be done from the members of the general category.

The claim of the petitioner in respect of Anganwari Center No. 333 of Ward No. 6 in the district of West Champaran can be raised by the petitioner in the selection process for which there is sufficient provision under the selection guidelines dated 27.5.2019.

Patna High Court CWJC No.1482 of 2020(2) dt.19-02-2020 2/2 Petitioner's Counsel submits that she would be raising objection in the process in accordance with the guidelines.
