Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 326, 307 and 302/34 of the I.P.C.

Allegation against petitioner is of killing the informant by knife blow.

There is direct allegation against petitioner of inflicting knife blow on the various parts of the body of the informant, who subsequently died and same is corroborated in postmortem report.

Considering the direct allegation against petitioner,
