Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No. 171 of 2019 registered under sections 25(1-b)a and 26(ii) of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. The alleged recovery is from the joint house. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 12.09.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let

No.242 of 2020(2) dt.22-01-2020 2/2 the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No. 171 of 2019.
