The learned counsels are appearing and making submissions from their residence. The Court Master and Secretary are also part of this virtual Court proceedings from their homes, all with the aid of audio visual technology. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that claim of the petitioner is with respect to payment of arrears as well as current salary. The petitioner submits that he has submitted an application before Respondent No.4-the District Education Officer, Nawada for payment of salary for the months of February, 2018 and July, 2018 to January, 2019. It is further submitted that he is also entitled to payment of his retiral dues consequent upon his retirement on 31.01.2019. His claim before respondent No.4 is pending and still awaiting action thereupon. Learned counsel for the State and Mr. Shiv Kumar, learned counsel for the Accountant General are present. The nature of grievance advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner does not call for any adjudication. The Respondent No.

4 is under a legal obligation to take a final decision on the petitioner's claims as per law. This Court would direct Respondent No.4 to pay the petitioner the amounts due to him along with a calculation chart and details of the payments made to the petitioner. The retiral dues admissible to the petitioner shall also be sanctioned and processed for payment.
