2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Motipur P.S. Case No. 331 of 2024, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363 of I.P.C.

3. As per the prosecution case, victim was kidnapped and killed by unknown persons subsequently during investigation, the petitioner was arrested along with co-accused and in their self inculpatory statement, the petitioner kidnapped the victim and killed him and disposed of the body on the national highway.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been
