The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S.case No.146 of 2019 dated 12.03.2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 326, 307 & 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he sprinkled petrol on the face of the injured and set him on fire. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that during investigation, it has come that the injured had fallen after taking Toddy and he had not taken name of any person earlier and later on name of the petitioner transpired and the injury is not on the mouth rather on the neck. Petitioner is in custody for more than five months.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

No.84883 of 2019(3) dt.18-03-2020 2/2 Having heard both sides and considering the period of custody and the charge sheet has already been submitted, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Vaishali, Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S.case No.146 of 2019 dated 12.03.2019.

Accordingly, with the above direction, this application is allowed.
