The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Halsi P.s.Case No.197 of 2018 dated 16.11.2018 registered for offences punishable under Sections 323, 324, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

So far these petitioners are concerned, there is allegation of assault by Khanti on the head of the Lalo Devi. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is case and counter case and though injury is grievous in nature but he is in custody for three months. Charge sheet has already been submitted, and there is no chance of tampering with the evidence.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

No.85150 of 2019(4) dt.25-02-2020 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sri M. sukla J.M. Ist class, Lakhisarai in connection with Halsi P.S.Case no.197 of 2018 dated 16.11.2018. Case diary called for of Halsi P.S.Case no.187 of 2018 and 197 of 2018 be returned to the court below at once. With the above direction, this application is allowed.
