2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had filed several representations before the authorities concerned, but no order has been passed uptill now.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file representation before the respondent no. 2, the Vice Chancellor, Magadh University, Bodh Gaya for redressal

Patna High Court CWJC No.898 of 2020(7) dt.19-08-2024 2/2 of his grievances within a period of four weeks from today, the respondent no. 2 shall dispose of the same after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through his counsel by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of ten weeks, thereafter.

4. Respondent no. 2 shall be solely liable for noncompliance of this order within the stipulated period.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
