The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kasimbazar P.S.Cae no.157 of 2019 dated 25.6.2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(I-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. One pistol and cartridges were recovered from the petitioner while they were preparing for dacoity. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that allegation is false and he is in custody for eight months. Charge sheet has already been submitted and there is no chance of tampering with the evidence.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and

No.84364 of 2019(3) dt.25-02-2020 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 4th Addl. District and Sessions Judge, Munger in connection with S.Tr. No.275 of 2019 arising out of Kasimbazar P.S.case No.157 of 2019. With the above , this application is allowed.
