JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 06-09-2022 After some arguments, it is submitted by petitioner's counsel that petitioner does not possess any order or direction requiring him to perform his duty overtime.

There is no material to sustain his claim for overtime. Therefore, the order rejecting his claim for overtime is not found by this Court to be suffering from any infirmity. The Court is not inclined to issue any direction for payment of the same that also in respect of periods, as far back as in between the years 2007 and 2008.

Writ application is dismissed.
