2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Suiya P.S. Case No. 69 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 134, 303(2), 305, 324(4), 326(g), 352, 351(2), 191(2) and 191(3) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners are alleged to have burnt the shop of the informant.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are innocent and they have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that earlier the father of the petitioner no. 1 was killed by the prosecution side and for preventing the petitioner no. 1 to be a witness in that case, this false case has been lodged against the petitioner no. 1 and others.

5. Considering the facts of the case, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the concerned Court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned concerned Court below in connection with Suiya P.S. Case No. 69 of 2025, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 / Section 482 of the BNSS. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
