Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with C.R. Case No.81/2017 for the for the offence punishable under Sections 498(A) of the IPC.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has committed no offence and has falsely been implicated in this case. Further submits that petitioner has earlier filed a complaint case bearing C.R. Case No.805/2015 before filing of present complaint case and the present case is the counter blast case, which is evident from Annexure-2 to this petition. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

No.85366 of 2019(3) dt.04-02-2020 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks in connection with C.R. Case No.81/2017 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Munsif cum J.M., 1st Class, Benipatti, Darbhanga, subject to the conditions as laid down in section 438(2) of Criminal Procedure Code.
