JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 23-10-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1.(i) For issuance of a writ of Mandamus commanding the respondent authority to remove the encroachment from the land appertaining to Khata no. 261, Plot no.

411, Area 1.41 acres and Khata No. 260, Plot no. 410, Area 3.60 acres, which is the land of road and is mentioned in the record of right as Gair Mazarua and Gair Mazarua Sarv Sadharan Rasta respectively, situated at Mouza-Khaira, Thana no. 566, Anchal-Rajoun, DistrictBanka, which have been encroached by

(ii) For issuance of a writ of Mandamus commanding the respondent authority to measure the land of the aforesaid plot no.

410 and 411, in order to find out the names of the encroachers of these land and thereafter, remove the encroachment from the land in question, so that the land may be used for the purposes of road."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Rajoun, District-Banka, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
