====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE and HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 21-01-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents.

Petitioner has prayed for the following relief:- "For issuance of writ, order, direction commanding the appropriate respondent authorities to fill up the vacant post (Total 554) of Assistant Prosecution Officer for different Courts in the State of Bihar which is not advertise or no appointment process has been completed since 2013 (about 7 years) and the work is being suffered due to non-appointment/selection for the APO."

Patna High Court CWJC No.1165 of 2020(3) dt.21-01-2020 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the writpetitioner has already filed representation before the authorities concerned, but the said representation has not been disposed of till date. Further, petitioner shall be content, if a direction is issued for expeditious disposal of the representation. In view of the aforesaid, let the representation of the petitioner be considered and decided in accordance with law by the authorities concerned (respondents herein) within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of with liberty aforesaid.
