The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Special Case No.7807 of 2019 (arising out of Khjekalan P.S.Case No.369/19) registered for offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 . Allegation against the petitioner is about recovery of 10 and odd ltrs. of liquor from the adjacent house of the petitioner. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that nothing has been recovered form his house and the same has been recovered from the outside of the house of the petitioner and though he is accused in one more case and he is on bail in that case. He is in custody for about four months. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

No.85351 of 2019(2) dt.06-01-2020 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Jude, Excise Act, Patna in connection with Special Case No.7807 of 2019 (arising out of Khajekalan P.S.Case No.369 of 2019) with condition to co-operate in the disposal of the trial.
With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
