====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-02-2026 Heard Mr. Manish Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr. Choubey Jawahar, learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Benipatti P.S. Case No. 171 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 143, 147, 341, 323, 324, 307, 354(B), 379, 448, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Considering the nature of allegation made in the FIR against the petitioner, who had assaulted the father of the informant on his head by means of iron rod, which is a vital part of the body, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to him.

4. However, the petitioner, if so advised, may surrender before the learned District Court and seek regular bail.
