It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that due to inadvertence, in paragraph No. 2 of the order dated 20.12.2019, Section of the I.P.C. have been wrongly typed as "147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 354B, 504 and 307", though it should have been "341, 323, 379, 504/34".

In view of the submission made above, this application is modified to the extent that in paragraph No. 2 of the order dated 20.12.2019, Section "341, 323, 379, 504/34"

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84961 of 2019(3) dt.13-01-2020 2/2 should be read in place of "147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 354B, 504 and 307."
