The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Balrampur Telta P.S. Case No. 119 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The allegation is regarding recovery of 54.420 liters of illicit liquor from a Maruti vehicle, which was being driven by the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and is languishing in custody since 19.11.2019. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the
