Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner and others allegedly assaulted to the husband of the informant causing his death. The aforesaid fact was informed by Manoj Yadav who was accompanying the deceased at the time of occurrence. During investigation, it revealed that Manoj Yadav was himself involved in the occurrence of murder of the husband of the informant. Some other co-accused have already been allowed bail by different Coordinate Benches of this Court.
Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84756 of 2019(2) dt.07-01-2020 2/2 Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Singheshwar Police Station Case No. 180 of 2019, subject to the following conditions:- (a) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the learned court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner. (b) Both the bailors shall be resident of the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.
