Petitioner has earlier moved this Court for grant of bail in Cr. Misc. No. 31271 of 2019 which was rejected vide order dated 09.07.2019.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. In this case charge was framed on 07.03.2019 but thereafter there is no progress in the trial. Petitioner is in custody since 14.05.2018.

Learned Addl. P.P. appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that no fresh ground has been urged on behalf of the petitioner.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.86652 of 2019(4) dt.17-06-2020 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that no fresh ground has been urged on behalf of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
