The petitioner has filed the instant application for grant of bail in a case registered for the offence under sections 20/22 of the NDPS Act.

As per allegation in the FIR, 200 gms of ganja is said to have been recovered from the betel shop of the petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the allegation of recovery is false and concocted, he has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 26.09.2019. Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, XIIth, Patna in connection with Special Case No.126 of 2019 arising out of Patliputra P.S. Case No.438 of 2019.
