2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 118(1), 118(2), 109(3) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. The case of the prosecution, in short, is that on 12.12.2024 at 11:00 P.M., accused persons including the petitioner attacked the informant and his brother with rod and knife with an intention to kill in which left eye of the informant got damaged and his brother Dhanik Das received injury on his back.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from perusal of the FIR itself it is clear that the nature of allegation is general and omnibus. Learned counsel has further submitted that

Learned counsel for the petitioner has further submitted that similarly situated co-accused Krishna Kumar @ Adityaraj @ Aditya Raj has been granted bail by the learned Co-ordinate Bench vide Cr. Misc. No. 64012 of 2025. The case of this petitioner stands on similar footing. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 24.01.2025.

5. Learned Additional Prosecutor for the State has vehemently opposed the bail application of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Maheshkhunt P.S. Case No. 226 of 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate- 1st Class, Khagaria.
