The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Rail Jhajha (Jamui) GRPS P.S.Case No.137 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 379/411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner was arrested while he was snatching a lady purse and a lady purse with Rs.500/- was recovered and he was handed over to the police.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has been falsely implicated in this case. He is in custody for about six months.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and considering the period fo custody, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2785 of 2020(5) dt.16-03-2020 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Rail Judicial Magistrate, Kiul (Lakhisarai) in connection with Rail Jhajha (Jamui) (GRPS) P.S.case No.137 of 2019.

Accordingly, this application is allowed.
