The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dhoraiya P.S. Case No. 157 of 2019, registered under Section 37(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The accusation is that petitioner, in drunken stage, was indulged in abusing the villagers, thereafter, the petitioner was apprehended by informant, Kedar Singh, and others and handed over at Police Station.

Submission is that due to dirty village politics, the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and is in custody since 20.08.2019.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.85208 of 2019(2) dt.17-01-2020 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Dhoraiya P.S. Case No. 157 of 2019 to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge II, Banka.
