The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Paraiya P.S.Case No.66 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 379 and 385 of the Indian Penal Code.

So far petitioners are concerned, there is specific allegation against the petitioner no.1 of assault by Garasa on the head of the informant and against the petitioner no.2 of snatching of the money and there is also allegation against one Surendra Yadav of assault and against Surendra Yadav and Rabindra Yadav demanding extortion from him and for that the occurrence took place.

No.84448 of 2019(3) dt.18-02-2020 2/2 Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is land dispute between the parties and for that they have falsely been implicated and the injury report is contradictory as the Doctor has opined that the injuries are simple but he has written that it is dangerous to life, which can not be made side by side. Petitioners are in custody since 23.7.2019. Charge sheet has already been submitted. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Gaya in connection with Paraiya P.S.case No.66 of 2019.. With the above direction, this application is allowed.
