The petitioner is in custody since 06.07.2019 in connection with Rajnagar P.S. Case No.183 of 2019, CRI Case No.1240 of 2019 (Sessions Trial No.363/19) registered for the offence under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there was scuffle leading to the injuries which is purported to have been committed by the present petitioner but there was no premeditation in mind nor there was any intention to kill. It is further submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and has been languishing in custody since

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., 1st, Madhubani in connection with Rajnagar P.S. Case No.183 of 2019, CRI Case No.1240 of 2019 (Sessions Trial No.363/19).
