Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case on basis of the confessional statement of the coaccused. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 08.08.2019.
