Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR of the occurrence of robbery is against unknown. Name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused. Petitioner is in custody since 05.09.2019. Investigation of the case is already complete. Submission is that the petitioner was never put on T.I. Parade nor any incriminating article was recovered from his possession. Co-accused-Anish @ Anish Kumar Singh @ Manish Yadav has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court.

No.809 of 2020(2) dt.16-01-2020 2/2 Considering the entire facts aforesaid which leads lack of material against the petitioner for the purpose of consideration of this prayer for regular bail, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Piro P.S.Case No.180 of 2017, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below as well as petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the Court and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
