JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-12-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Yogapatti P. S. Case No. 238 of 2013 disclosing offences under Sections 414 and 34 of the IPC. As per F.I.R. police has seized one tractor loaded with Pulses.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is only the driver of the tractor. Moreover, seized articles has already been released in favour of the owner and he has no criminal antecedent.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this

No.84887 of 2019(2) dt.20-12-2019 2/2 order, on surrender, he will be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., West Champaran, Bettiah, in connection with Yogapatti P. S. Case No. 238 of 2013, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with condition to co-operate in the investigation.
