2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Patahi P. S. Case No.139 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 324, 342, 307, 504/ 34 of the I.P.C.

3. Petitioner is said to have given dagger blow on the abdomen of the informant's son, but the impugned order reveals that doctor found abrasion of zumon left flank of abdominal wall, without cut tenderness and the aforesaid injury was simple in nature said to be caused by hard and blunt substance.

4. Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the injury found on person of the injured negates the claim of the informant.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that petitioner, in the event of his arrest/ surrender within six weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the Court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Patahi P. S. Case No.139 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
