JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 19-12-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Mokama P.S. Case No. 141 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 469 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per FIR informant got an information through RTI that entry made with respect to Khata Nos. 737 and 759, Kheshra Nos. 1397, 1398 and 1399 without any order of competent officer by the petitioner.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that without any inquiry he has been made accused in this case and there is also no signature of the petitioner over the receipt and he is a Government servant and he is ready to abide by any condition that may be imposed on him.

No.84393 of 2019(2) dt.19-12-2019 2/2 In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh, Patna, in connection with Mokama P.S. Case No. 141 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. and further condition is that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned and further condition that he has to co-operate in the investigation and appear before police after release, otherwise his bail bonds shall be cancelled.
