2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Barabar Paryatan P.S. Case No. 76 of 2025 registered for offences under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109(1), 74, 303(2), 352, 351(2), 351(3), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of assaulting the victim.

4. Pursuant to the earlier order of this Court, the SHO of Barabar Paryatan Police Station and the I.O. of the case have appeared and submitted the injury report. Upon perusal of the injury report, the injuries caused to the victim appear to be simple in nature.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.90567 of 2025(4) dt.27-02-2026 2/2 of the case, this application for anticipatory bail stands allowed.

6. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above-named, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Barabar Paryatan P.S. Case No. 76 of 2025 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS.

7. The SHO and the I.O. are directed to be vigilant in the future and they should procure the injury report just after the injury report is prepared. They should not wait for this Court to call for them or to call the injury report.

8. The personal appearance of the officers is dispensed with.
