1. Though the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order of this Court dated 03.09.2019, passed in CWJC No.18002 of 2019 has stood complied with but the statement of the contemnors, made in the supplementary showcause, filed today, to the effect that the SHO, Parbatta, Police Station-Khagaria has been directed to take appropriate steps as and when required, be taken note of.

2. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed off as not pressed, however, taking note of the aforesaid
