The petitioner in this writ petition seeks direction to the Circle Officer to mutate the name of the petitioner with regard to the land of Khata No.74 Khesra Nos.265, 266 and 267 situated in village-Mirzapur, P.O. Sasaram, P.S. Mirzapur, District-Rohtas as mutation case filed by the petitioner vide Mutation Case No.5700 R27/2018-19 is pending before the Circle Officer.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that mutation petition should be disposed of within two months from the date of receipt of the petition but the Circle Officer sat over

Mr. Sajid Salim Khan, learned S.C.25 submits that it is not at all justified that Circle Officer is sat over the matter. Having considered the submissions, I dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the respondent No.5-Circle Officer, Sasaram to pass order in accordance with law and dispose of the mutation case of the petitioner within three months from the date of receipt of this order. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
