JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 20-02-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Hilsa P.S. Case No. 526 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner happens to be mother in law of the deceased and no specific overt-act has been attributed against her. Moreover, one co-accused, namely, Choti Kumari, having more or less similar allegation, has already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this court vide order dated 18.12.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 81991 of 2019. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.87046 of 2019(2) dt.20-02-2020 2/2 is allowed and it is ordered that petitioner, in the event of her arrest/ surrender within six weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. 1st Hisal (Nalanda)/concerned court in Hilsa P.S. Case No. 526 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
