JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 19-12-2019 Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Ara (Town) P. S. Case No. 454 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 448, 341, 323, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the IPC.

As per F.I.R. so far this petitioner is concerned, there is allegation of assault by rod to the informant, causing injury. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the informant is the brother of the petitioner and the injury is simple in nature. He is in custody since 28.11.2019. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like
