The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 673 of 2019 for the offence registered under Section 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 7 of the E.C. Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is not a P.D.S. Dealer and there is nothing to show that the said rice is P.D.S. rice. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3729 of 2020(4) dt.22-06-2020 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bail bond to the satisfaction of the SDJM, Lakhisarai in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 673 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
