The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148,149,341,323,325,384,504 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioners to have extorted money from a jeweler on the pretext of chanda and committed assault at the head, I am not inclined to enlarge them on anticipatory bail in connection with Supaul P.S.Case No.575 of 2017 pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Supaul. Hence, prayer is refused. The petitioners shall surrender within two weeks
