Petitioner apprehend his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 324, 307, 427 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of assaulting and inflicting knife blow upon Informant along with FIR named accused. Further allegation is that FIR named accused also snatched mobile and cash of Rs. 65,000/-.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to animosity. It is further submitted that no injury report is on record of the case diary, as is apparent from the case diary, hence, the factum of knife injury does not stand corroborated at the moment.

No.85300 of 2019(2) dt.07-01-2020 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his/her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending, in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 220 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
