Petitioner is in custody since 14.10.2019 and seeks bail in connection with Laheri P. S. Case No.395 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 393 of the I.P.C.

Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R., but subsequently, co-accused, who was caught on the spot disclosed the name of the petitioner and it appears that moreover, except the above stated confessional statement, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner and investigation against the petitioner has already been completed.
