JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 17-10-2024 Though the present writ petition has been filed for execution of the order dated 04.10.2018, passed by the Additional District Magistrate, Begusarai, whereby and whereunder the encroachment in question has been directed to be removed within 24 hours as also for execution of the order dated 06.09.2019 passed by the Circle Officer, Bhagwanpur,

Patna High Court CWJC No.657 of 2020(3) dt.17-10-2024 2/2 District-Begusarai in Encroachment Case No. 01 of 2018-19, however, the learned counsel for the respondent-State has produced the entire order sheet of the said Encroachment Case No. 01 of 2018-19 and has referred to order dated 01.03.2020, wherein the Circle Officer, Bhagwanpur, District-Begusarai has recorded that the encroachment in question has been removed by use of police force.

At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that still some encroachment is remaining to be removed, hence the petitioner be granted liberty to approach the Circle Officer, Bhagwanpur, District-Begusarai for needful. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
