The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Pratapganj P.S. Case No. 69 of 2019 registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of the offence, the petitioner who is in custody since 17.08.2019, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Supaul in connection with Pratapganj P.S. Case No. 69 of 2019.
